Tosh Village, Himachal pradesh

Tosh is famous village of Himachal pradesh. It is situated in Parvati valley around  a distance of around 50 Km from Bhuntar and 20 KM from Kasol village. kasol village is surrounded by mountains. There is Tosh River along with the village, which starts from Tosh Glacier and meets in the river Parvati.


तोश हिमाचल का प्रसिद्ध गाँव है। यह भुंतर से लगभग 50 किलोमीटर और कसोल गाँव से 20 KM की दूरी पर पार्वती घाटी में स्थित है। कसोल गाँव पहाड़ों से घिरा हुआ है। गांव के साथ ही तोश नदी है जो की तोश गलेशियर से शुरू होती है और पारवती नदी में मिलती है |

It is located at a height of 2400 meters on a mountain.If you are going for Kheerganga trek, you can stay in the Tosh village for one night and you can start from there the next morning. It is located on Link road 1 km ahead of Barsaini's market, which is the last bus stop of Bhuntar Kasol Road.

यह एक पर्वत पर 2400 मीटर की ऊँचाई पर स्थित है, यदि आप खीरगंगा ट्रैक के लिए जा रहे हैं, तो आप एक रात के लिए टॉस में रह सकते हैं और अगली सुबह आप वहां से शुरू कर सकते हैं। यह बारसैनी के बाजार से 1 किमी आगे लिंक रोड पर स्थित है जो भुंतर कासोल रोड का अंतिम बस स्टॉप है।

However, Tosh village is not a big tourism center, people of the village have converted homes into cafes and restaurants. Since this area is a tourist center for the Israeli people, you can see banners and instruction boards in Hebrew language.

I went to Tosh village a few years ago. Before we start the tracking for Kheerganga, we spent a night there. It was a wonderful experience.


मैं कुछ साल पहले तोश गाँव गया था। इससे पहले कि हम खीरगंगा के लिए ट्रैक शुरू करते, हमने वहां एक रात बिताई थी।
